2023 Year In Review

When you see the life change numbers, the new campus additions (The Storehouse Market, Staff Offices, BlastZone), and the community impact, it is a truly miraculous look back at 2023. God has been so good to us, but as we say at 5 Point all of the time, God is just waiting on us to open up the floodgates of His impact! Church, we are making great strides towards impacting our community and this world for the Kingdom of God.

This past year, we launched a new Ministry structure that included class. These have taken off and flourished, with topics from Spiritual Formation to Financial Peace and everything in between. We have had hundreds of people go through workshops at the church, focusing on the Old & New Testaments and Eschatology. We are truly digging into God’s word and growing in our knowledge of the Bible and taking it out to the community. This was evident on a trip to Israel in February of 2023 when a guide mentioned to Pastor Lawson that he had never had a group so knowledgeable of the Bible in all his years of guiding church groups. He was astounded! 5 Point, just imaging what God can do as we strive to grow deeper, read wider, and simply love more like Jesus each and every day!

2024 has already had a monumental start and here are a few highlights:

  • Eschatology Workshop

  • Over 70 salvation already this year

  • 24 Hours of Praise was an incredible success

  • Prayer Walk witnessed over 1,500 people praying all over the Upstate!

  • Easter saw our largest ever attendance of 4,100 people!

5 Point, we are just getting started in 2024! Let’s be prepared so God can use us for His glory!
